With more than 20 years of experience in the takeover mortgage and homes industry, we know our industry like the back of our hands. There’s no mortgage and home too big or too small, and we dedicate our utmost energy to every mortgage and home we take over.

Its a simple process where you deed us the property and we start making payments on your loan. Deed us the property? Of course. After all we would not want to make mortgage payments on a property we don't own or control. We'll be making payments on your existing loan until we can satisfy the loan (pay off the mortgage). Depending on market conditions it may be sooner or it could be later. Meanwhile no more worries about insurance, taxes, or mortgage payments since we'll be the new owner.

Most loans are not assumable and we're not proposing a formal assumption. That's not our business model and if we did that it would limit the number of properties we could assume and help more homeowners, require qualifying, time and excessive closing costs most of which you would then be responsible for. 

With our strategy we would pay most of the closing costs with the exception of the document preparation and recording fees.

We can take the burden off of your shoulders, close fast, as soon as you want or you can take your time if you need more time to relocate.
